American Sanders B-2+ Edger 7″

The B-2+ Edger offers a 3200 RPM setting for fast aggressive cutting and a 2800 RPM setting for greater precision. The new dust pipe design allows direct attachment to a vacuum, as well as a new quick release bag design.

It gives professional floor contractors the cutting power needed for aggressive hardwood refinishing with control for expert finish sanding.

Its biggest advantage? The two-speed 1 HP motor. Run the B-2+ at 3,200 RPM when you need faster, better material removal. Then switch to 2,800 RPM for more controlled and precise sanding.

The B-2+ is built specifically for areas a larger floor sander cannot reach, including floor edges, walls, stairs, closets, and other tight spaces. Its low center of gravity and handle position are designed to make the machine easier to control while edging.

A precision-balanced 7″ sanding disc helps reduce vibration and produce a finer finish. The electronically balanced motor and fan further contribute to smooth operation.

Built for Dust Control

The B-2+ can operate with its quick-release dust bag or connect directly to a vacuum. Its rotating dust pipe swivels up to 280°, helping you position the hose while working along walls and inside confined areas. American Sanders also provides a 2″ x 1-1/2″ hose adapter for the B-2+ system.

Two Speeds for Two Types of Sanding

3,200 RPM – High Speed: Use the higher setting for aggressive cutting and faster material removal.

2,800 RPM – Low Speed: Switch to the lower setting when greater sanding control and a finer finish are the priority.
