Kathy BluemelSeptember 22, 2026If you have stumbled upon Panel Town, for flooring, look no further. They have a great selection of floors. Herman helped me out, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, gave me thoughts & ideas, and also best price match around. Panel Town quoted me a couple thousand less than my quote from my installer. Needless to say, I paused on my flooring install. When I came back months later, the quote was less & they have recommended installers. I went with Krumlaff floors. Herman ordered my flooring, held onto for a week & had it delivered. I definitely recommend Panel Town!Posted on Google
Isaiah OcasioSeptember 21, 2026We went into panel in town because we needed advice on how to deal with some issues regarding our bamboo engineered hardwood floors. Herman was the employee that helped me and he did a phenomenal job at answering all of my questions giving me solutions on fixing scuff marks and some of the peeling finish on the floors and overall alleviated a lot of anxiety that we had on the integrity of our floors. Amazing service. Could not ask for more would recommend and will be back in the future.Posted on Google

Kyle JenkinsSeptember 11, 2026I can’t say enough good things about Panel Town & Floors! We’ve been doing business with them for the last 20 years, and they’ve always been great to work with. Homdi, the owner, and his son Attia have been absolutely great, along with their team — Chris, Marcos, and Herman. They’re knowledgeable, hardworking, and always go above and beyond to take care of their customers. What really stood out to me recently was their customer service. I was looking for a brand-new Bona PowerDrive, and when no one else could get one for me, Homdi and his team came through and got it for me. That kind of service and dedication is hard to find! As a flooring professional, I truly appreciate working with a company that understands the industry, stands behind what they sell, and takes care of its customers. I highly recommend Panel Town & Floors to anyone in the flooring business. After 20 years of doing business with them, I’m looking forward to the next 20 years! Thanks again to Homdi, Attia, Chris, Marcos, and Herman for always taking care of me. You’ve earned every one of these 5 stars! — Kyle Jenkins Jenkins Custom Hardwood LLCPosted on Google

I was impressed by the variety of colors and brands available it’s easy to find the right shade and product for any project. I’d also like to mention the staff they really know what they’re selling. jeff parsonDecember 24, 2025I had an outstanding experience today at Panel Town & Floors. I initially called and spoke with Adrienne about a specific Rubio color I was looking for. She told me they believed they had one in stock but wanted to confirm—and within five minutes she called me back to let me know they did and even held it for me. That alone was impressive. When I arrived, I went to the Rubio aisle and asked Adrienne about the accelerator. She immediately pointed out that the product I was purchasing should not be mixed with accelerator. I explained what I was working on and that I thought it was similar to Rubio 2C+. Instead of guessing, Adrienne went above and beyond—she actually called her Rubio rep and personally walked me through how to fix my piece correctly. That level of knowledge, care, and customer service is rare. Adrienne truly went the extra mile, and it made a huge difference. Wow. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend Panel Town & Floors to anyone working with Rubio or specialty finishes.Posted on Google

Angela FrankNovember 23, 2025Wonderful customer service. We live a bit far away and did an online order for some Loba products to DIY our own raw hardwoods we installed. The employees were beyond nice everytime I called with a product question and always answered anything I had. Also let me know the level of technical skill required to use the products we were ordering and walked us through how to apply properly. Above and beyond what they truly had to do. And the online order came flawlessly. Everything was packed super nice and wrapped so if it did have damage or a leak it wouldn’t get on anything else that was shipped — but it came perfect. Highly recommend this company.Posted on Google

NinaNovember 12, 2025I had a wonderful experience at Panel Town & Floors, thanks to Dane Rindler! He was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me on the differences between various hardwood and flooring materials. He walked me through my options and helping me choose several samples to take home so I could see how they looked in my space. It was my first time visiting the store, and I had driven quite a long distance to get there — I’m so glad I did. Dane provided exceptional customer service and truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for expert advice and a great shopping experience!Posted on Google
Derek LandNovember 11, 2025I wish there were a 6-star option :) Panel Town, especially Jerod McCluggage, was of the utmost help in finding a specific hardwood floor that was damaged in San Rafael, California, just outside San Francisco. I called multiple other suppliers and was absolutely disappointed with their help. One call to Panel Town and Jerod M made me feel like we had been working together for years, and took care of what needed to be done so I could continue my project. Thank you once again, and I look forward to ordering more products from you.Posted on Google

Dane, the salesperson who worked with me, was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but he treated me with genuine respect every step of the way. It took me several visits to Paneltown to decide on the exact hardwood flooring I wanted for my home. Each time I came in, I was welcomed warmly, never rushed, and never made to feel like a burden. Dane was incredibly patient, answering all of my questions and helping me explore different options until I felt 100% confident in my choice. In the end, I chose a wood floor that I absolutely love. Anthony FelliSeptember 24, 2025Panel Town & Floors is a pretty darn amazing business. From professionals to DIY they have everything you will need. Check out the Blog section of their web page, very informational. If you have any questions they have a very knowledgeable Pro Desk. I called and spoke to Marcos Brito, he took the time on the phone with me to let me explain the project, discuss the different products and tools necessary to complete by floor project. The blogs are great but the personal attention I received by Marcos was more than I could ask for. Kudos to the business for having employees like this - his attention locked in the sale.Posted on Google
Sue MinorSeptember 24, 2025From the time we made our flooring selection and through the installation the process could not have gone better. We were helped with choosing the type of flooring we wanted and the color of the flooring. Dane kept in contact with us throughout the process. We did a laundry room and a master bath. The colors are perfect. So good looking! The installers , BC Builders, LLC were so professional. William checked out all of the flooring parts after looking at the areas for flooring. Then the crew showed up and after I met them all they got to work. The way they managed the whole process was amazing. Each man knew exactly what he had to do, stayed focused on the job, and were very polite. They even cleaned as they worked !! What we thought would take 5 days was completed in one day and we couldn’t be happier with the whole job. The floors look wonderful. Thank you. Sue MinorPosted on Google
