DuraSeal 550 VOC Polyurethane is an oil-based floor finish that gives you the depth, richness, and long-term protection of oil. You can use this finish on new or old wood in both residential and commercial spaces. It’s available in satin, gloss, and semi-gloss sheens for an attractive final appearance, no matter which one you choose. And at 550 VOCs, it’s VOC compliant in most states. Features and Specifications

• Application: Seal with DuraSeal Penetrating Finish or Quick-Dry Sealer. Then apply 550 VOC Polyurethane with a brush or lamb’s wool applicator in thin coat. Always screen lightly between coats.
• Color: Adds an amber color to hardwood flooring
• Sheens: Satin, Gloss, Semi-Gloss
• Dry Time: 8 hours. It’s best to let it dry overnight prior to light traffic (allow longer drying time if applied over a non-wax stain)
• Coverage: 500 sq. ft./gallon
• Cure: 30 days depending on humidity and temperature
• VOCs: 550 g/L
• Clean Up: mineral spirits, paint thinner, or turpentine

• Note: Do not apply over floors previously finished with shellac, lacquer, wax, stains, or any stain containing wax or stearates.
