Loba Viva Satin is a 1-component water-based hardwood floor finish designed for durability, easy application, and excellent resistance to wear, chemicals, and plasticizer migration. Non-yellowing and low-odor, Viva is ideal for both residential and light commercial projects, especially in new construction and renovation where adhesive migration resistance is critical.

Recommended Use

Application Instructions

• Wood Floors:
  • Sand and prepare surface according to NWFA guidelines.
  • Apply one coat of EasyPrime; allow to dry 60–90 minutes.
  • Apply the first coat of Viva.
  • Allow to dry for 2–3 hours.
  • Perform intermediate sanding using 180–220 grit (LOBASAND perforated pad or equivalent).
  • Vacuum thoroughly and tack with a lightly dampened LOBA microfiber pad.
  • Apply a second coat of Viva.

• Screen & Recoat:
  • Clean the floor thoroughly.
  • Abrade using 180–220 grit perforated pad (or equivalent).
  • Vacuum and tack with a clean LOBA microfiber pad lightly dampened with water.
  • Apply Viva following standard application instructions.
  • Always prepare a test area to confirm compatibility and appearance.
