Basic Coatings Lock ‘N Seal is a single component water-based sealer for hardwood floors that blocks tannin pull with great efficiency. This sealer prevents darkening from heavy spots and applicator marks. Will coat a wide range of exotics without color change. Lock ‘N Seal™ makes sealing floors easier!
