Red Oak Select & Better Unfinished Hardwood Flooring is known for it’s warmth, stability and wide variety of finishing options make it a decorators dream. Red Oak accepts stains well and may be coated with either oil based or water based finishes. Red Oak Select & Better has slight variations in natural color, and is notable for having many growth rings on each board.
Unfinished Red Oak 3/4 x 3-1/4″ Select & Better solid hardwood flooring’s grain is classified as primarily even. Variations in color are very limited over time, even if it is exposed to intense light. Ordinary wear and tear is hardly noticeable due to red oak’s open grain and natural reddish color.
